Amanda became intrigued with Real Estate after reading 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' in 2001 (pick up the "Cashflow" board game and play it with your kids). She started by purchasing a Kailua-Kona, HI condo and was managing 8 tenants by the time she relocated to the East SF Bay Area to join her fiancé! Negotiating short sales in '06, ...before they were 'fashionable' is exactly her style. Her Real Estate 'chops' were honed by working through Family Law contentions, pre-foreclosure obstacles, and Bankruptcy/lien issues. Preventing and providing Dynamic Solutions to the complication your transaction may present is exactly where she shines. With varied experience in HI, CA, GA, NE & TX, you can be assured of quality 'this is what I would do advice'.
